About the Gold Sponsor - The E H Graham Centre for Agricultural Innovation

The E H Graham Centre for Agricultural Innovation is a collaborative alliance between Charles Sturt University and the NSW Department of Primary Industries. Our aim is to develop technologies to drive sustainable and profitable mixed farming systems through excellent, multi-disciplined research, education, training and extension.

Launched in August 2004 as the Wagga Wagga Agricultural Innovation Park, the Centre was officially renamed the E H Graham Centre for Agricultural Innovation in a ceremony to mark the occasion in Wagga Wagga on 3 August 2005.  The Centre combines the expertise of over 150 agricultural scientists, applied scientists, biometricians and economists. Undergraduate and post-graduate students and post-doctoral researchers are an integral part of the Centre.

Mission Statement - The E H Graham Centre for Agricultural Innovation is developing innovations for sustainable and profitable agricultural systems through integrated and collaborative research, extension, education and training, and is speeding up the delivery of new information to land managers.

Origins & History - The E H Graham Centre for Agricultural Innovation is named after the late Edgar Hugh Graham (1897-1957), the long serving Labor Member for Wagga Wagga and NSW Minister for Agriculture and Food Production from 1944 until 1957. Graham's contribution to the agricultural industry and local rural community is well recognised.
